If a student is having a tech related issue that is covered by the school (i.e. school issued chromebook or service) they should first see their dedicated IT assistant at their respective school. The IT assistants are in the directory of each school's website and can be found here on our About Us Page. Faculty and staff can still submit tech support tickets on behalf of a student and families can too with the instructions below.
For families of students in Bow and Dunbarton Schools you can request tech support via an email message to: email@example.com
In the body of the message, be sure to write the following:
The Student's first and last name.
What School and Grade they are in.
The problem at hand.
